Posatex Otic (orbifloxacin, mometasone furoate & posaconazole) is used to treat ear infections in dogs caused by susceptible strains of yeast and bacteria. Contains Orbifloxacin, an antibiotic that combats bacterial infections, Mometasone, a corticosteroid that reduces inflammation and swelling, and Posaconazole, an antifungal agent that treats yeast infections. Administered directly into the ear canal once daily for seven days.
