Porcilis PCV M Hyo (porcine circovirus type 2 ORF2 subunit antigen) is a vaccine used in pigs to protect against two diseases: porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2) and Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae (M. hyo). Specifically, it reduces viraemia, virus load in lungs and lymphoid tissues, virus shedding caused by PCV2, and severity of lung lesions caused by M. hyo. It also helps reduce the loss of daily weight gain during the finishing period in pigs facing these infections.
