Lotemax (loteprednol etabonate) is a corticosteroid eye drop used to treat inflammation and allergic conditions of the eye, particularly after surgery. It is designed to be active at the site and has potent anti-inflammatory effects with less impact on intraocular pressure. Available as a 0.5% w/v eye drop suspension. Approved for use in Latin America, the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia.
