ERAVAC (rabbit haemorrhagic disease vaccine (inactivated)) is used in rabbits to reduce mortality caused by Rabbit Hemorrhagic Disease type 2 (RHDV2), a fatal disease in rabbits.
- Stimulates the immune system to produce antibodies against RHDV2
- Given as a single injection under the skin of the side of the chest to rabbits
- Protection starts one week after vaccination. The duration of immunity is 12 months, and rabbits should be revaccinated annually
