NexGard (afoxolaner, moxidectin, & pyrantel) is a medication used to treat and prevent flea and tick infestations in dogs. Can also be used to treat demodicosis (mange caused by mites), and sarcoptic mange. Active ingredient, afoxolaner, is a member of the isoxazoline class.
