Piperazine Hydrate Oral Solution is an anthelmintic (dewormer) used to treat parasitic nematode infections in livestock and poultry

Poultry & Pigeons: Treatment of large roundworms (Ascaridia galli or Ascaridia columbae) and hairworms (Capillaria spp.).
Swine (Pigs): Treatment of large roundworms (Ascaris suum) and nodular worms (Oesophagostomum spp.).
Horses: Treatment of Strongylus (large strongyles), Oxyuris (pinworms), Trichonema (small strongyles), and Ascaris (roundworms).
Young Ruminants (Calves, Sheep, Goats): Treatment of roundworm infestations (Ascaris, Nematodirus, Ostertagia, Cooperia, Oesophagostomum).

Method of Administration: The solution is water-soluble and is typically administered via drinking water, mixed with feed (wet mash), or as an individual drench.
Drinking Water: The medication can be mixed into the drinking water. It is recommended to withhold water the night before treatment to ensure the animal is thirsty and consumes all the medicated water.
Feed/Mash: It can be mixed into the animal’s feed or wet mash.
Poultry: 1-1.5 gm/liter of drinking water, or roughly 0.5 mL to 1 mL per Liter of water depending on age and concentration.
Pigs: Generally administered at a rate of 4mL per 5kg body weight, added to drinking water.
Calves & Horses: Often given as a drench at approximately 10ml per 22kg-27kg body weight.
