  • Respiratory Conditions: Acts as an expectorant, thinning respiratory mucus to help clear infections, particularly in horses.
  • Infections: Used for deep-seated bacterial/fungal infections, and post-castration infections in large animals.
  • Chronic Swellings: Helps resolve stubborn swellings, glandular enlargements, and abscesses.
  • Cattle: Lumpy jaw (actinomycosis), wooden tongue (actinobacillosis).
  • Horses: Respiratory issues, deep infections, seromas.

ADMINISTRATION

• Oral Administration: The powder is intended for oral use only and should never be injected intravenously.
• Mixing: It can be mixed into the animal’s regular feed or dissolved in water to ensure the animal consumes the full dosage.
• With Food/Milk: Giving the medication with food, ideally a high-fat meal, or mixed with milk or juice (if a liquid solution is prepared from the powder) can help minimize gastrointestinal irritation.
• Dosage: Dosage and duration are dependent on the animal’s species, body weight, and the severity of the condition being treated.
