ADMINISTRATION

  • AIVLOSIN granules are designed to be dissolved in water. There are two primary methods for preparing the medicated water:
  • Direct Mixing: The contents of the AIVLOSIN sachet can be added directly into the main drinking water supply. This mixture should be stirred thoroughly for a minimum of 3 minutes until a clear solution is achieved.
  • Stock Solution: A concentrated stock solution can be prepared first. This stock solution is then introduced into the drinking water system using an automatic water proportioner. The stock solution requires slower and more extensive mixing, for at least 10 minutes.
  • Fresh Preparation: To maintain its effectiveness, the medicated water or stock solution should be freshly prepared on a daily basis.
