HIPRA Eryseng Parvo vaccine is specifically designed to protect against Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae

INDICATIONS

• Target Species: Pigs (breeding females and males).
• Protection (Parvovirus): Protects the fetus throughout gestation against PPV infection.
• Protection (Erysipelas): Reduces clinical signs of E. rhusiopathiae for approximately 6 months post-vaccination.
• Vaccination Schedule: Administered via intramuscular injection in the neck.
  • Basic Vaccination: Two doses, 3–4 weeks apart, with the second dose given 3-4 weeks before mating.
  • Revaccination: A single booster dose 2–3 weeks before each subsequent mating.
• Administration: Can be used during pregnancy and lactation.
• Withdrawal Period: Zero days.

ADMINISTRATION

• Target Animals: Pigs from 6 months of age (can be used during pregnancy and lactation).
• Basic Vaccination: Two injections, 3–4 weeks apart, with the second injection administered 3–4 weeks before mating.
• Revaccination: A single injection 2–3 weeks prior to each subsequent mating (roughly every 6 months).
• Side Effects: Mild, temporary inflammation at the injection site (lasting up to 12 days) and a transient temperature increase (resolving within 24 hours) may occur.
