INDICATIONS

  • Target Species: Indicated exclusively for chickens, including broilers, breeders, and layers.
  • Target Parasites: Specifically targets four economically important Eimeria species:
    • Eimeria acervulina
    • Eimeria maxima
    • Eimeria mitis
    • Eimeria tenella
  • Onset of Immunity: Protection typically develops by 21 days post-vaccination.
  • Vaccination Timing:
    • Day 1 of age: Recommended for administration via spray on birds or spray on feed.
    • Day 3 of age: Recommended if administered via drinking water.

ADMINISTRATION

  • Coarse Spray (on-day-old chicks): The vaccine is diluted with water and sprayed onto chicks, typically in the hatchery, using a coarse spray. A coloring agent (e.g., Brilliant Blue) is used, and it is recommended to keep chicks in the box for at least one hour to allow them to preen and ingest the vaccine.
  • Spray on Feed: The vaccine is diluted in water (approx. 1 liter per 1000 doses) and evenly sprayed over the starter feed.
  • Drinking Water: The vaccine is diluted in water (using a xanthan gum suspension to ensure proper distribution of oocysts) and administered via drinkers. Water should be withheld for 2-4 hours prior to vaccination to ensure consumption.
