Alzane (atipamezole hydrochloride) is a veterinary medicine used in dogs and cats to reverse the sedative and analgesic effects of medetomidine and dexmedetomidine. Can also be used to treat amitraz toxicosis in dogs, which can occur when dogs ingest anti-tick collars containing amitraz.
