ARKO ERY VAC 100 is a live culture vaccine indicated for the oral vaccination of healthy swine against erysipelas, caused by Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae.
INDICATIONS
- Target Species: Healthy swine (pigs).
- Minimum Age: 8 weeks or older.
- Purpose: To reduce clinical signs of swine erysipelas caused by Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae.
- Administration: Oral administration through the water line.
- Contraindications: Do not use in pregnant swine.
ADMINISTRATION
- Method: Drinking water or oral ingestion.
- Preparation: Rehydrate 100-dose vials with 5 ml of non-chlorinated water, then mix with 95 ml more, or as directed by label.
- Dosage: 1 ml orally per pig or via water consumption.
- Timing: Administer to pigs 8 weeks or older.
- Restrictions: Do not use chlorinated water; discontinue other treatments 3 days before and after.
