Nufarm Lambda-Cyhalothrin is a broad-spectrum insecticide indicated for the control of external parasites in poultry and livestock, and in their housing environments.

INDICATIONS

• Target Pests: It effectively combats lice, mites, ticks, and flies.
• Ectoparasite Control: Effectively targets lice, mites, ticks, and flies that infest poultry and livestock, reducing health issues like skin irritation and disease transmission.
• Sanitary Pest Control: Used in animal housing (barns, coops) to manage general pests like cockroaches, darkling beetles, mosquitoes, and spiders.
• Broad Spectrum: Works on a wide range of insects by contact, killing them upon ingestion or touching treated surfaces, though it’s not systemic.

ADMINISTRATION

• Pour-on/Spot-on: A concentrated liquid formulation applied directly to the animal’s skin or back, commonly used for cattle, sheep, and pigs.
• Spray or Dip: An emulsifiable concentrate is diluted with water to a specific concentration and then applied using spray equipment or by dipping the animal. This method is also used for applying the product to the surfaces of animal housing structures like barns, pens, and poultry houses.
