INDICATIONS
- Anxiety and Stress: May help reduce general stress and anxiety in pets.
- Phobias: Helps manage fear of loud noises, such as thunderstorms and fireworks.
- Separation Anxiety: May ease distress in pets when they are left alone.
- Psychomotor Agitation: It can help calm agitated animals.
- Sleep Cycle Regulation: Helps manage insomnia, promote relaxation, and maintain normal sleep patterns.
ADMINISTRATION
- Directly by Mouth: Tablet can be placed at back of animal’s tongue and their mouth gently closed to encourage swallowing.
- Hidden in Food/Treats: The tablet can be concealed within a small amount of wet food, a treat, a specialized “pill pocket” treat, or a pet-safe substance like xylitol-free peanut butter to ensure the animal consumes the full dose.
- Crushed/Mixed (check with vet first): Depending on the tablet type (some human extended-release tablets should not be crushed), it can sometimes be crushed into a powder and sprinkled over food.
