INDICATIONS
Vaxxon SRP Salmonella (Cattle):
Target Species: Beef and dairy cattle (6 months of age or older).
Indications: Aids in the control of disease and reduction of fecal shedding caused by Salmonella Newport.
Benefits: Reduces clinical signs of diarrhea (up to 82%), decreases fecal shedding (up to 99.9%), and may improve milk production.
Administration: Subcutaneous injection.
Vaxxon SRP SE (Poultry):
Target Species: Chickens (10 weeks of age or older).
Indications: Aids in the vaccination against Salmonella Enteritidis.
Benefits: Proven to reduce colonization in the reproductive tract (ovaries and oviducts).
Administration: 0.25 mL subcutaneous dose, with revaccination in 8–10 weeks.
ADMINISTRATION
Method: Subcutaneous (SC) injection.
Dosage: 2 mL per dose.
Protocol: Administer two doses, 2 to 4 weeks apart.
Target: Dry cows and bred heifers should receive both doses prior to calving.
Withdrawal: Do not vaccinate within 60 days of slaughter.
