Skytech Pharma Stilbetech (Diethylstilbestrol) is a synthetic nonsteroidal estrogen indicated for its hormonal effects.

For hormone-responsive urinary incontinence in spayed female dogs: This is the most common use, as the medication increases urethral tone to help prevent urine leaking or dribbling.
Management of prostatic carcinoma in male dogs: It can be used to manage certain hormone-responsive tumors, including perianal gland adenoma and prostatic carcinoma, although this use can be controversial due to potential side effects.
Suppression of lactation in bitches: It is also used to help suppress milk production in female dogs.

Injection Sites:
- Intramuscular (IM): Common sites include large muscle groups like the neck, hind leg (quadriceps), or rump (gluteals).
- Subcutaneous (SC): This is typically administered under the loose skin, often in the scruff of the neck (between the shoulder blades).
