Bioveta BioBos Respi 3 is an inactivated vaccine for cattle designed for active immunization against Bovine Parainfluenza 3 Virus (PI3V).
INDICATIONS
- Target Pathogens: BRSV, PI3V, and Mannheimia (Pasteurella) haemolytica.
- Target Species: Cattle.
- Purpose: Reduces clinical signs, lung lesions, and nasal excretion of the pathogens.
- Onset of Immunity: 3 weeks after the full immunization program (primary vaccination and revaccination).
- Administration: Suspension for injection.
- Use in Pregnancy/Lactation: Can be used during pregnancy and lactation.
- Revaccination: Recommended in problematic herds within 6 months of the primary vaccination.
- Withdrawal Period: Zero days.
ADMINISTRATION
- Method: Subcutaneous injection (under the skin).
- Dosage: 2mL per animal.
- Target Age: Calves from 2 weeks old.
- Schedule: Primary vaccination requires two doses, 3 weeks apart.
- Revaccination: Recommended 6 months after primary vaccination in high-risk environments.
- Safety: Safe to use during pregnancy and lactation.
