INDICATIONS

• Cattle (including calves): For the prevention of coccidiosis caused by Eimeria bovis and Eimeria zuernii.
• Sheep (including lambs): For the prevention and control of coccidiosis. It can also be used as an aid in the prevention of abortions and perinatal losses caused by Toxoplasma gondii.
• Broiler Chickens: For the prevention of coccidiosis caused by several Eimeria species, including E. tenella, E. necatrix, E. acervulina, E. mivati, E. maxima, and E. brunetti. 

INDICATIONS (Off-Label)

• Dogs: Used to prevent relapses in dogs chronically infected with Hepatozoon americanum (hepatozoonosis) and appears effective for treating Sarcocystis spp. myositis.
• Horses: Used in combination with other medications (like levamisole) to treat protozoal infections such as Equine Protozoal Myeloencephalitis (EPM), caused by Sarcocystis neurona.
• Goats/Cats: Has shown activity against Cryptosporidium spp. in clinical studies. 

ADMINISTRATION

• As a Feed Additive: Commonly mixed into the total feed ration at a specific inclusion rate (e.g., 30 mg per kg of feed for broiler chickens) and fed continuously as the sole ration during periods of exposure or when coccidiosis is a hazard.
• In Liquid Feeds (e.g., milk, milk replacer): The daily dose of the powder must be completely stirred into the liquid and fed immediately to individual animals. Continuous agitation is important because the drug can settle out if not mixed properly. It should not be used in bulk feeding containers.
