Decoquinate is a quinolone coccidiostat used in the prevention and management of coccidiosis in broilers and ruminants. An antiparasitic medicine used for both antibiotic prophylaxis and therapy, and in the breeding of food-producing animals. Effective in treating or preventing hepatozoonosis or sarcocystosis myositis, leishmaniasis, neosporosis, and toxoplasmosis.
