INDICATIONS

  • Target Species: Healthy ducks and geese.
  • Purpose: Prevention of Duck Viral Enteritis (Duck Plague).
  • Administration: Subcutaneous or intramuscular injection.
  • Vaccination Schedule:
    • First vaccination: 5–7 days of age.
    • Second vaccination: 2–3 weeks after the first vaccination.
    • Third vaccination: At 5 months of age.
  • Dosage: 0.5 mL per small duck, and 1 mL per adult duck.

ADMINISTRATION

  • Method: Subcutaneous or intramuscular injection is the primary route for active immunity.
  • Dosage: 0.5 mL per small duck, and 1 mL per adult duck.
  • Timing:
    • First vaccination: Often 5–7 days of age.
    • Second vaccination: 2–3 weeks after the first dose.
    • Boosters: Recommended before laying season for breeders.
  • Preparation: Shake the reconstituted vaccine well before use and apply proper aseptic techniques.
