INDICATIONS

  • Immunological Spaying (Contraception): Used to prevent pregnancy in female cattle (heifers), acting as a non-surgical alternative to traditional spaying methods.
  • Induction of Anoestrus: The vaccine suppresses cyclic activity (anoestrus) in heifers, removing the need for surgical removal of ovaries.
  • Improving Growth and Carcass Quality: Similar to surgical spaying, it is used to manage cattle to improve weight gains and optimize carcass and meat characteristics in beef heifers.
  • Reproductive Control in Mixed Herds: Enables the management of unwanted pregnancies and uncontrolled breeding in pastoral environments.

ADMINISTRATION

  • Administration Route: Subcutaneous (under the skin) injection, often in the ear.
