Shijiazhuang Richland Emamectin Benzoate is an antiparasitic agent used for treating sea lice in aquaculture.
INDICATIONS
Sea Lice Infestations: This is the most significant veterinary application. It is licensed as an in-feed treatment (often under the brand name SLICE) for farmed salmonids like Atlantic salmon and Rainbow trout. It targets various stages of sea lice, including Lepeophtheirus salmonis and Caligus species.
Other Crustacean Ectoparasites: It is indicated for the control of other parasitic crustaceans in both marine and freshwater fish, such as Argulus spp. (fish lice), Lernaea spp. (anchor worms), and Lernanthropsis spp..
Intestinal Nematodes: Research indicates it can be effective against internal parasites like Pseudocapillaria tomentosa in Zebrafish and coelomic nematodes such as Philometra rubra in Striped bass.
ADMINISTRATION
Preparation: Mix the required amount of granules or concentrate into a small amount of clean water, stir well, and then add to the remaining water in the sprayer.
Application: Apply using a knapsack electric sprayer or other spray equipment, ensuring thorough coverage of the plant foliage, as the product is absorbed by leaves and moves through the plant.
Timing: Apply during early larvae stages and preferably in the early morning or late evening when pests are most active.
