HISUN Astromycin is a broad-spectrum macrolide antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections in sheep and rabbits.
INDICATIONS
Astromycin is indicated for treating bacterial infections, including those involving Streptococci, Staphylococci, Bartonella henselae, Chlamydia, Haemophilus spp., Mycoplasma spp., and Borrelia burgdorferi.
- Respiratory Infections: Pneumonia and related infections.
- Soft Tissue Infections: Abscesses and wounds.
- Other Infections: Susceptible infections of the ears and sinuses.
- Targeted Diseases: Specifically noted for Bartonella and Borrelia (Lyme disease) infections.
ADMINISTRATION
